At Masterpiece Systems Limited, we’re committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within the terms outlined below.

🕒 Return Window

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
• Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

🔁 How to Return

Option 1: In-Store Return

Option 2: Return by Courier
Ship the item to our return address (provided upon request).
📌 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

💰 Refunds

• Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Processing Time: 1–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns (non-defective items).

🔧 Defective or Damaged Items

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
• You must report the issue within 7 days of receipt to qualify.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

• Software or digital products once activated
• Custom-built or special-order items
• Used items, or those returned incomplete or damaged
