No Switch Chip – Direct Port-to-CPU Architecture All seven Gigabit Ethernet ports are independently connected to the CPU, ensuring maximum bandwidth without the limitations of a shared switch chip. This results in increased throughput and eliminates internal bottlenecks. Combo-Port with Hardware Failover The device includes a combo port, offering one software-defined interface that combines a Gigabit Ethernet and an SFP cage. You can choose your preferred connection type, and in the event of a disconnect, the router automatically switches between interfaces for hardware-level failover. 100 Mbps SFP Support The CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+ is MikroTik’s first router to support 100BASE-LX/100BASE-SX/100BASE-BX fiber modules, alongside traditional 1.25G SFP modules. This ensures greater deployment flexibility and compatibility with various fiber environments. Silent Passive Cooling Design Engineered with heat-pipes, a large heat sink, and no fans, the device operates silently.
