- What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery or purchase (Kenya only). Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals. Returns can be made in-store or via courier. A 15% restocking fee applies for non-defective returns, and customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective.
- How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim, return the product with its original packaging, accessories, and the original tax invoice as proof of purchase. Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer and can take up to 12 weeks for processing. The product will be inspected before repair, replacement, or credit is issued.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We offer multiple secure options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Nairobi only, orders ≤ KES 10,000.
- MPESA: Paybill 880100, Account 544517. Send payment confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.
- Bank Transfer: Include your invoice/order number as reference and send proof of payment via email or WhatsApp.
Full payment is required upfront for orders outside Nairobi or above KES 500,000.
- How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days. Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM (EAT), depending on product availability and location. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by unforeseen events.
- Are there any delivery fees?
A flat delivery fee of KES 500 applies for standard deliveries within Nairobi and surrounding areas. Fees may vary for large or special orders. We reserve the right to adjust delivery charges without prior notice.
- Can I use my own courier for delivery?
Yes, you can arrange your own courier. However, once goods leave our premises, we are not responsible for damage, delay, or loss during transit. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your courier’s service.
- How is my personal data used and protected?
We collect personal and usage data to process orders, provide support, and improve services. We use reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection. You have the right to access, update, delete your data, or opt out of marketing communications anytime.
- Which items cannot be returned?
Non-returnable items include software, licenses, activated digital downloads, customized orders, and any products that are used, damaged, or incomplete.
- What if my warranty claim is rejected?
If your claim is invalid due to misuse, damage, or expired warranty, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We may offer a credit note if repair or replacement isn’t possible.
- Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Yes, if the item is returned unused, with original packaging and accessories, within 7 days. A 15% restocking fee applies, and you cover return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1–7 business days after inspection.
