PAYMENT INFORMATION

  1. Accepted Payment Methods

1.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available only for orders within Nairobi and its surrounding areas.
  • COD applies to orders worth KES 10,000 or less.
  • Orders above KES 10,000 require full payment before dispatch.
  • Cash payments can also be made directly at our CBD shop.

1.2 MPESA Payment

  • Payments can be made through MPESA Paybill Number: 880 100.
  • Use Account Number: 544 517.
  • After making the payment, forward the MPESA confirmation message via:

1.3 Bank Deposit / EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

  • Payments can be made directly to Masterpiece Systems Limited’s bank account.
  • Ensure accurate payment referencing to match invoice details.
  • Proof of payment must be forwarded via:

  • Orders will be processed and dispatched only after full payment is received and confirmed in our bank account.
  1. Payment Terms

2.1 Advance Payment

  • All orders outside Nairobi require full prepayment before processing.
  • Orders above KES 500,000 (inclusive of VAT) must be made via bank transfer.

2.2 Late Payments & Penalties

  • Overdue payments may result in suspension of services, delayed deliveries, or legal collection actions.
  • Any dishonored cheques or reversed transactions will lead to immediate suspension of services.

2.3 Non-Refundable Policy

  • No cash refunds are provided for returned stock.
  • Approved returns will result in a credit note valid for one year.
